Solve for x: 2x + y = 7 and 3x - y = 3

x = 2, y = 3

x = 3, y = 1

x = 1, y = 5

x = 4, y = -1

Add the two equations together: 5x = 10, so x = 2. Substitute x back into either equation to find y = 3.
